MTV is freaking out over the news that Snooki is pregnant! The guidette is shooting a new Jersey Shore spinoff with partner in crime, Jwoww, but now that sheʼs preggo- the whole theme of the show will change!!
Snooki and Jwoww versus the world was a reality show gold mine, but since Snooki now has a bun in the oven, there wonʼt be much drinking, smushing, partying, hot- tubbing, or fighting in the club. Which of course letʼs face, is why everyone watches the show.
The Jersey girls starting filming last week, but the baby is completely changing everything MTV envisioned for the show.
A source says quote: "They are having to redo the creative direction of her spin-off because of her pregnancy."
The source confirms that the pregnancy will be part of the storyline. Well duh, with a girl that tiny, it's not like they could just hide her stomach and give her shots of ginger ale in the club!! I still can't wait to watch, I think Snooki trying to raise a child will be pretty entertaining!

Get ready to be appalled or intrigued in the checkout line: The tabloid National Enquirer has run a photo on its cover of what appears to be Whitney Houston lying in her casket.

Reportedly taken at the Whigham Funeral Home in New Jersey and showing the pop queen in a golden coffin, the photo has already sparked outrage among other press outlets. The Washington Post, for instance, said a line had been crossed in publishing the photo.

But as the Guardian points out, photos of dead celebrities in the press aren?t exactly a new trend, especially when it comes to tabloids. The Enquirer famously printed a photo of Elvis in his casket in 1977, and more recently a long list of publications ran a photo of Michael Jackson?s corpse after it became part of the trial of his former doctor Conrad Murray.

Legendary pop singer Whitney Houston has died/dead at age 48, representative Kristen Foster said Saturday night.

The entertainer was pronounced dead at 3:55 p.m. (6:55 p.m. ET) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel despite resuscitation efforts, a police spokesman said.

The cause and location of her death was not immediately known.
According to her official website, Houston, who struggled with addiction problems over the years, sold more than 170 million albums, singles and videos over her career.

Houston was set to appear in this year's "Sparkle," a remake of the 1976 hit, which was loosely based on the story of The Supremes. It was her first movie role since 1996's "The Preacher's Wife."

News of her death elicited a flood of reaction on social media, from fans and fellow celebrities alike.

Whitney Houston seemed 'in good spirits'
Music producer Russell Simmons wrote he was "deeply saddened by the death of Whitney Houston," while singer Gloria Estefan said she was "shocked we've lost the immensely talented" entertainer.

Houston's body of work includes seven straight Billboard No. 1 hits in the 1980s, including "Saving All My Love for You," "How Will I Know," "Greatest Love of All" and "Where Do Broken Hearts Go."

Gingrich gets major points for not falling back on past tactics of playing to the crowd and bashing the media. Two methods of gaining favor that worked well as a scrappy underdog but would not play as well coming off his South Carolina victory.

Mitt Romney was never able to forcefully make his point in hammering away at Gingrich for his ties to Freddie Mac and his explanations on his tax returns and illegal immigration left a lot to be desire.

Romney was also not able yo rise to the occasion during the last question of the night on the topic of what has he done for the conservative movement.

As someone who needs to appeal to this base his answer was round about and vague at best without giving meaningful examples other than reciting his personal and professional biography in bullet points.

Late in the fourth quarter of the Los Angeles Clippers' victory over the Miami Heat on Wednesday night, Clippers star Blake Griffin and Heat guard Mario Chalmers got into an altercation. The two had to be separated by their teammates and the referee called a double technical foul.

Seconds later, Clippers guard Baron Davis found the dunking machine under the basket. Griffin threw down a two-handed dunk and started to stare down Chalmers while slowly jogging back to his bench.

"Oh, he's looking down there at Chalmers for sure," the announcer said.

Griffin, who finished with 24 points 14 rebounds, didn't stop staring at Chalmers until his teammates surrounded him near the bench.

The three “X Factor” finalists got two final chances to impress the voters on Wednesday night, once in a duet and once with their audition song. It was an odd choice on the part of the show’s organizers, making the finale a report card where the two categories boiled down to “Plays Well with Others” and “Most Improved.”

The duets were ... well, interesting would be one word. Random is another. Josh Krajcik and Alanis Morrissette? Really? How did that conversation go? “Josh, great news! You get to sing with one of the most prominent female vocalists of the last two decades! But there’s a catch. You have to try to sing “Uninvited.”

That didn’t go so well, especially since Krajcik’s facial expression never got beyond the “Holy moly, I’m onstage with Alanis Morissette!” stage. Fortunately, he got a second chance, and “At Last” drew raves, but it was ultimately the least memorable pair of numbers on the night. He was also the first to perform, which never helps in the voting.

Chris Rene went second, and again had the random pop star partner in Avril Lavigne. “Complicated,” wasn’t much better than the previous duet, but Rene looked more comfortable and got his chance to take the spotlight with his riff towards the end of the number.

Funeral services set for Arkansas football player

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — Funeral services have been scheduled for a University of Arkansas football player who died over the weekend.

North Little Rock Funeral Home and Cremation Services confirmed Tuesday a funeral mass for Garrett Uekman has been set for noon Monday at Christ the King Catholic Church in Little Rock. The funeral will be preceded by a rosary service and visitation on Sunday at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Little Rock.

The 19-year-old Uekman was last seen by his roommate playing video games before he was found unresponsive in his dorm room an hour later. He was in cardiac arrest when emergency services personnel arrived, and was pronounced dead shortly after noon.

The Washington County coroner says Uekman had a condition called cardiomyopathy, in which the heart becomes enlarged.

Fire at Skyline Canyon in Reno

This footage was taken at Skyline Canyon near Caughlin Ranch in Reno, NV at 3:25am. The fire origin is yet unknown. The 60 mph winds made this the perfect conditions for the fire to spread.

I woke up to a power outage and and an orange glow outside my window at 2:30am. Accross the canyon from me the mountain was on fire and a few homes were in flames. Less than an hour later it had reached my balcony.

I would like to thank all of the brave firemen who saved my home and countless others today. These men and women have my respect and gratitude.

Just 72 days after their $10 million wedding, Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Kris Humphries on Monday, documents at TMZ confirm. The reality star also confirmed the news to Ryan Seacrest. "Yes @kimkardashian is filing for divorce this morning," Seacrest tweeted. "I touched base with her, getting a statement in just a few minutes."

KABUL, Afghanistan (AP) — NATO says the 13 people killed when a suicide bomber rammed a military convoy in Kabul included five coalition troops and eight civilian contractors.
NATO initially reported that all 13 killed were service members. But after further identification, it confirmed that eight were civilians working for the coalition.
A U.S. official says all were Americans, but Canadian defense spokesperson Lt. Col. Christian Lemay told The Associated Press that a Canadian soldier was among the troopers killed. Canadian military officials have not yet released the soldier's identity or further details.
The Taliban suicide bomber hit an armored NATO bus Saturday in the deadliest attack on coalition forces in Kabul since the war began.
